Princes & Kings
Isn't it strange how princes and kings,
and clowns that caper in sawdust rings,
and common people, like you and me,
are builders for eternity?
Each is given a list of rules;
a shapeless mass; a bag of tools.
And each must fashion, ere life is flown,
A stumbling block, or a Stepping-Stone.

Welcome to The Childville Schools!
I started this with the words of one of my favourite poems; why? Because it encompasses all that we strive to achieve at The Childville School.
At the very core of our ethos lies the cultivation of the individual child’s intellectual and personal qualities, because we believe that each child is a blank canvas that can become a masterpiece if enabled. Based on this belief in order to create an enabling environment, we strive to shape the school’s approach to education around what we consider best for the individual child’s learning welfare and happiness.
What we can promise you is steadfast dedication from a capable group of staff who believe fervently in giving the very best opportunities to all of the young people within our school, and also you as parents.
When an investment is made in a child’s life, the results may not be immediately apparent. But the fruit of the labour could be far greater than we can ever imagine. So from here till eternity let’s collectively apply ourselves steadfastly to this labour of love called education.
As builders for eternity, our roles as parents and educators will leave a legacy that will outlive us. We hope you will allow us be part of that“village’ that will help raise your child.
Many thanks,
Jola Alokolaro
